Elastic Roma Knit - Lyon

The base fabric is the Punto Roma Elástico - Lyon, a knit fabric composed of 97% polyester and 3% elastane, weighing 282 gr/m2 and with a width of 150 cm. The solid printed color is an intense yellow, obtained by sublimation with a CMYK of 4 3 53 0. This shade is vibrant and cheerful, evoking cornfields on sunny days. It pairs especially well with darker tones such as black or gray and lighter tones such as white or ivory.

The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side by digital textile printing, which means it is not a dyed fabric, but rather printed on a single side. The texture of the base fabric is soft and pleasant to the touch. In addition, its elasticity makes it ideal for fitted garments that require comfort and mobility.

Regarding the applications and uses of the fabric, its versatility for both womens and mens fashion stands out: from tops and t-shirts to pants, dresses, and sweaters. In addition, it can also be used for making household napkins. It is especially useful in knit garments, given that its structure adapts perfectly to designs that require a certain elasticity and fit.

As for the care this fabric should receive, it is recommended not to bleach it and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. It can also be dry cleaned except with trichloroethylene and ironed at a cool temperature. Tumble drying is not recommended.

Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation with polyester. Sublimation consists of transferring ink from the digital printer to the fabric thanks to heat.
