Elastic Roma Knit - Lyon

The base fabric is the Punto Roma Elástico – Lyon, a knitted fabric composed of 97% polyester and 3% elastane. Its weight per square meter reaches 282 grams and its width is 150 centimeters. Regarding its printed plain color, it is a biscuit yellow-brown tone, which is achieved by mixing 26 cyan ink, 27 magenta, 98 yellow and 8 black, which translates into a CMYK of 26 27 98 8. This color combines wonderfully with other earth and pastel tones, such as rose quartz or taupe.

It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the plain color on one side by digital textile printing, which means that it is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side. As for its general characteristics, we highlight its soft texture and its pleasant feel on contact with the skin.

Among the attributes of the base fabric, we can find great versatility in terms of applications and uses. It is ideal for womens and mens fashion, in knitwear, tops, t-shirts, pants, dresses, sweaters, as well as for home textiles, such as dining napkins. Its recommended season is winter.

To keep it in perfect condition, it is important to note that it should not be bleached and that the maximum washing temperature is 30ºC. It is suitable for dry cleaning except for the use of trichloroethylene, and can be ironed at a cold temperature. In addition, it is not possible to tumble dry.

Finally, the printing technology with which this fabric is manufactured is sublimation (polyester), a process that allows the transfer of ink durably onto the surface of the fabric through the application of heat and pressure.
