The base fabric is the Punto Roma Elástico - Lyon, composed of 97% polyester and 3% elastane, with a weight of 282 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The plain printed color is a vibrant Frog Green with a CMYK value of 20 2 22 0, indicating a high content of Cyan and Yellow, which translates into a bright and striking green color. It combines well with colors such as black, white, pink, and yellow.
This fabric is printed with the plain color on one side using digital textile printing, which means that the color has been applied to only one side of the fabric instead of being dyed into the yarn. The texture of the fabric is soft to the touch and comfortable to wear. In addition, it is elastic and resistant, making it an ideal fabric for fashion garments such as tops, t-shirts, pants, dresses, and sweaters.
The Punto Roma Elástico - Lyon fabric is perfect for the winter season, as its composition makes it ideal for retaining warmth. Furthermore, it is a fabric that lends itself to numerous applications and uses in the fashion world for both men and women in knitwear. The care of this fabric is important and should be taken into account for its proper maintenance. It is recommended not to bleach it and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. Likewise, dry cleaning is allowed except for trichloroethylene, and it can be ironed at a cool temperature to maintain the quality of the fabric. Finally, it is not recommended to tumble dry it.
The printing technology used for the manufacturing of this type of fabric is sublimation (polyester). This process consists of printing an image on transfer paper and then transferring it to the fabric using high temperatures and pressure. In this way, a sharp image with high color quality is guaranteed. Sublimation is one of the most effective techniques for printing on polyester fabrics, which ensures long durability of the printed color.
