Elastic Roma Knit - Lyon

The base fabric is Punto Roma Elástico - Lyon, a knitted fabric composed of 97% polyester and 3% elastane, with a weight of 282 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid color printed is Butterfly Blue, with a CMYK of 80 31 2 0. This vibrant blue hue combines perfectly with softer and neutral colors such as white, gray or beige. It should be noted that the fabric is printed with the solid color on one side by digital textile printing.

The texture of the fabric is soft to the touch. In addition, it is elastic, which makes it suitable for fitted garments or those that require mobility. The Butterfly Blue color is vibrant and bright, which makes it ideal for fashion and home garments, such as dresses, t-shirts, napkins and more.

The applications and uses of the base fabric are wide, being widely used in knitted garments for women and men, such as tops, t-shirts, pants, dresses and sweaters. It is also used in home textiles, such as dining napkins. Its ideal season is winter.

To care for this fabric, it is important not to bleach it, wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, iron it at a cold temperature and avoid the dryer. It can be dry cleaned, except with trichloroethylene.

The printing technology used in this fabric is sublimation (polyester). This process consists of printing designs or images on transfer paper with special inks and, subsequently, transferring them to the fabric using a thermal press. The ink turns into gas, adheres to the fabric and permanently impregnates it. The result is a high-quality print that does not lose color or wear out over time.
