Description

The Bi-elastic Twill - Lisbon base fabric is a twill weave with a composition of 97% POLYESTER and 3% ELASTANE, with a weight of 209 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its plain printed color is Midnight Black, with a CMYK of 79 62 54 61. This color is deep and sophisticated, while also mysterious and elegant. It combines perfectly with other dark tones, such as grey, burgundy, and dark blue.

This fabric is printed with the plain color on one side using digital textile printing, which means it is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side. This technique allows for a significant variety of designs and color fidelity.

Among its characteristics are its rough, elastic, and soft texture to the touch. These qualities make it a very versatile and easy-to-work-with fabric. In addition, it shows good resistance to abrasion and wear, which guarantees its durability and resistance to deformation.

The applications and uses of this fabric are multiple, mainly focused on womens and mens fashion, such as trousers, skirts, jeans, shorts, dresses, and fashion accessories. It can also be used for home textiles, such as cushions, cloths, and napkins, and in interior and exterior decoration, such as stretchers, paintings, and cushions.

It is important to note the care instructions for this fabric: do not bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, dry cleaning is allowed except trichloroethylene, cool iron, and cannot be tumble dried.

The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation on polyester. This process involves designs or colors being transferred to the fabric using heat and pressure, which ensures a durable color fixation. In addition, this method offers great design freedom without limitations of colors or complexity.
