Description

The base fabric of this product is Bi-elastic Twill - Lisbon, composed of 97% polyester and 3% elastane, with a weight of 209 g/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The plain color printed on this fabric is a dark purple with a content of 66 in Cyan, 87 in Magenta, 22 in Yellow, and 9 in Black, for a CMYK of 66 87 22 9. This printed color presents a deep and sophisticated tone that combines very well with other dark tones, such as black or gray, and can also contrast well with brighter tones like turquoise or pink.

The fabric is printed with a plain color on one side using digital textile printing, which means it is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side. The general characteristics of the base fabric include a soft, elastic, and textured feel. Additionally, the printed color is durable and resistant to fading, providing high quality to the final piece.

The applications and uses for this type of fabric are diverse: womens and mens fashion, pants, skirts, jeans, dresses, shorts or bermudas, accessories, home textiles such as cushions, kitchen towels, napkins, or even for decorating frames and pictures. The fabric is ideal for creating comfortable and stylish garments that offer great elasticity and durability. Bi-elastic twill is perfect for pants and jackets, as well as for making cushions and covers.

The care instructions for this fabric are as follows: do not bleach, machine wash at a maximum temperature of 30°C, dry clean allowed except trichloroethylene, iron at a cool temperature, and tumble drying is not permitted. By following these recommendations, the fabric will maintain its quality and durability over time.

The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation. Sublimation is a printing process that uses special inks and transfer paper. The image is printed on the paper in reverse and then placed on the fabric. Through heat and pressure, the ink is transferred to the fabric, creating a sharp and durable image. This technique allows for greater fidelity in design reproduction and guarantees high quality in the final result.
