The base fabric of the Bi-elastic Twill - Lisbon is composed of 97% polyester and 3% elastane, which gives it a rough, elastic and soft texture to the touch. It has a weight of 209 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The plain printed color is a combination of pink and brown, with a CMYK of 17 48 28 3. This secondary color symbolizes delicacy and romanticism, and combines well with other earth tones and pastels. It is important to note that the fabric is printed on one side by digital textile printing, which means that it is not a dyed fabric but is printed directly on the surface of the fabric.
Among the general characteristics of the base fabric, we find its elasticity and resistance, which makes it ideal for fitted garments such as pants, skirts or shorts. In addition, it is a versatile fabric that can be used in womens and mens fashion, as well as in accessories and home textiles, such as cushions and napkins. It can also be used in outdoor decoration, such as in frames, paintings or cushions.
It is important to note that the fabric will require some special care to maintain its characteristics. It is recommended not to bleach it or use temperatures above 30 degrees Celsius when washing it, and not to use trichloroethylene when dry cleaning it. Likewise, it is suggested to iron it at low temperature and avoid tumble drying.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, a process that consists of printing the ink on a transfer paper and then transferring it to the base fabric using heat and pressure. It is a sustainable process that allows obtaining customized designs of high quality and definition. In short, the Bi-elastic Twill - Lisbon is a resistant and versatile base fabric, with a delicate and romantic plain printed color, ideal for multiple applications both in the fashion sector and in home textiles and outdoor decoration.
