Description

The base fabric of this garment is the Bi-elastic Twill-Lisboa, composed of 97% polyester and 3% elastane, with a weight of 209 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The plain color printed on this fabric is a shade of brown, or army brown, with a CMYK of 24 17 38 2. This color symbolically represents resistance, calmness, and nature, while technically containing a touch of black that makes it more sober and elegant. It combines perfectly with green, beige, and earthy tones.

It is important to note that the base fabric is printed with the plain color on one side by means of digital textile printing, which means it is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side. The texture of this fabric is rough, elastic, and soft to the touch.

Among the general characteristics of this fabric, we can highlight its elasticity, which provides great comfort and adaptability to different types of garments. In addition, its weight and texture make it ideal for pants, skirts, shorts/bermudas, dresses, and fashion accessories, as well as for home textile products, such as cushions, cloths, and napkins.

It is important to note that for its care, the fabric should be washed in water not exceeding 30°C, not bleached, ironed at cool temperature, and not tumble dried. In addition, it is recommended not to use trichloroethylene for dry cleaning.

The printing technology used in this Bi-elastic Twill-Lisboa fabric is sublimation (polyester), which guarantees high quality and durability of the color printed on the fabric. This technique is based on printing the design on special paper with special sublimation inks and then transferring the design to the garment by means of extreme heat, which causes the dye to turn into vapor and fix on the fabric, allowing for a print with bright and durable colors.
