The base fabric for this description is the Bi-elastic Twill - Lisbon, composed of 97% POLYESTER and 3% ELASTANE, with a weight of 209 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid printed color is a dark grey (Darkgrey) with a CMYK of 34 23 25 4, indicating a cool and sober shade. This color is a mixture of cyan, magenta, yellow, and black tones, providing a balance between cool and neutral tones.
The fabric is single-sided printed using digital textile printing, giving it a smooth and uniform surface. The fabrics texture is rough and elastic, contributing to its soft touch. The applications and uses of this fabric are wide-ranging: from mens or womens clothing, such as trousers, shorts, skirts, or dresses, to home textiles, such as cushions or tablecloths. Dark grey not only combines with neutral tones like white and black but also with striking colors like mustard yellow or hot pink.
Regarding care, it is recommended not to bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, iron at a cold temperature, and not to use a tumble dryer. However, this fabric allows for dry cleaning, except for trichloroethylene.
The printing technology used for the manufacturing of this base fabric is polyester sublimation. It consists of impregnating the ink into the fabrics surface to permanently fix it. Printing is done directly on the fabric, which allows for higher resolution and sharpness in design printing. Additionally, this process allows for printing single-unit designs, resulting in high flexibility in fabric customization. In summary, the Bi-elastic Twill - Lisbon printed with a dark grey offers a versatile, soft, and resistant fabric, whose sober yet elegant color allows for a multitude of design and application options.
