Description

The base fabric of this textile is the Bi-elastic Twill - Lisbon, composed of 97% polyester and 3% elastane, with a weight of 209 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid color printed is Iron Gray, with a CYMK ink composition of 57 42 45 28. This secondary color is characterized by being a dark and elegant tone that conveys security and stability. It combines perfectly with light tones such as white, light gray, and beige, as well as with more intense and vibrant colors such as orange, yellow, or red.

The fabric is printed with the solid color only on one side, using digital textile printing. In terms of its general characteristics, the fabric is distinguished by being rough to the touch, elastic, and soft. These characteristics allow the fabric to adapt to any type of garment or design and to have a pleasant texture to the touch. On the other hand, the quality of the digital printing of the solid color allows for high definition and color fidelity.

Among the most common applications and uses of this type of fabric are the manufacture of fashion garments for men and women, such as pants, skirts, jeans, and shorts, as well as accessories. It is also used in interior decoration, for making cushions, frames, and pictures, both for the bedroom and for the living room or dining room. Its season is timeless, which means it can be used throughout the year.

It is important to note some specific care for this fabric, such as not bleaching it, washing it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, and not tumble drying. Dry cleaning is allowed, with the exception of trichloroethylene. In addition, it can be ironed at a cool temperature to maintain the quality and shape of the fabric.

The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which consists of printing an image on transfer paper and transferring it to the fabric using heat. This process allows for high definition and quality of the printed color, guaranteeing great durability and resistance to washing and use.
