The base fabric is the Bi-elastic Twill - Lisboa, composed of 97% polyester and 3% elastane, with a weight of 209 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid printed color is a Rosy Pink shade, with a CMYK of 10 35 13 0. The secondary color of this shade is a pastel pink, which conveys tranquility and softness. It combines well with green and blue tones, creating an interesting contrast and enhancing the delicacy of the color. It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing.
This base fabric features general characteristics such as a rough texture to the touch, elastic and soft, which makes it highly versatile for manufacturing. In addition, the solid printed color provides great resistance to washing and light, keeping the tone intact for a long time. The applications and uses of the fabric are wide, as it is perfect for making pants, skirts, jeans, shorts, dresses, accessories, frames, paintings, cushions, napkins, among others.
Regarding care, it is important to follow the following instructions: do not bleach, maximum washing temperature of 30ºC, dry cleaning allowed except trichloroethylene, low-temperature ironing and cannot be tumble dried.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which consists of applying a specialized ink with dyes using heat and pressure, achieving greater color fidelity and greater durability in the fabric. This allows the color of the fabric to remain intact for much longer than with other printing processes.
