Description

The base fabric is a Bi-elastic Twill - Lisboa, composed of 97% polyester and 3% elastane, with a weight of 209 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The printed plain color is a combination of pink and brown, with a CMYK of 13 46 26 2. This color has a warm and delicate tone that conveys sweetness and femininity. Symbolically, pink represents love, compassion, and sweetness, while brown symbolizes stability, security, and earth. In combination with other colors, this pink-brown pairs especially well with whites, creams, grays, and greens.

It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the plain color on one side using digital textile printing, which means it is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side. The fabrics texture is rough, elastic, and soft to the touch. The fabric has great flexibility, making it an ideal fabric for making body-hugging garments. It is strong and durable, suitable for use in textile raffia and decoration. Furthermore, the printed plain color is resistant to wear, sweat, and washing machines, which ensures long durability and proper ink preservation.

Among the attributes of the base fabric, its applications and uses stand out. The bi-elastic twill - Lisboa is a suitable fabric for making fashion garments, such as pants, skirts, jeans, shorts/bermudas, and dresses. It can also be used in home textiles, such as cloths, cushions, napkins, embroidery hoops, and paintings. Its versatility allows for multiple combinations and uses.

It is important to consider some special care instructions for this fabric, such as not bleaching, washing at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, not tumble drying, and ironing at a low temperature. Dry cleaning is recommended except with trichloroethylene.

The printing technology used in the manufacturing of this fabric is sublimation, which consists of transferring ink from paper to fabric using pressure and heat. This process guarantees maximum quality of the printed image, with brighter and more defined colors than those obtained with other printing methods. Additionally, sublimation allows for full-size images without the need to join or limit their size.
