The base fabric of this textile is the Bi-elastic Twill - Lisbon, composed of 97% polyester and 3% elastane, with a weight of 209 grams per square meter and a width of 150 centimeters. The solid color printed is a cherry red, which is obtained by a combination of 16% cyan ink, 67% magenta ink, 60% yellow ink and 5% black ink, resulting in a CMYK of 16 67 60 5. This color is balanced and strong, evoking passion and dynamism, and combines well with tones such as black, white and gray.
It should be noted that the fabric is printed with the solid color on one side by digital textile printing, so it should be taken into account that it is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side. As for its general characteristics, the base fabric is rough and elastic to the touch, with a soft finish. Likewise, the fabric has a wide variety of applications and uses that include everything from mens and womens fashion, such as pants, skirts, jeans and dresses, to home decoration with cushions, napkins, frames and paintings.
It is important to note that this fabric requires some specific care, such as not bleaching, washing at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, dry cleaning except trichloroethylene, ironing at a cold temperature and not tumble drying. This way, its durability and conservation are guaranteed.
Finally, the printing technology of this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which allows for exceptional image quality with vivid colors and high durability. This printing process is carried out using a specialized ink printer that heats the inks until they become gas, thus penetrating the fabric and creating a durable and resistant image.
