The base fabric, Bi-elastic Twill - Lisbon, is composed of 97% polyester and 3% elastane with a weight of 209 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. As for the color, it is a pumpkin orange with an ink content of 15 in cyan, 57 in magenta, 83 in yellow, and 4 in black, resulting in a CMYK of 15, 57, 83, and 4. This color evokes energy and passion, and it combines perfectly with neutral tones such as white, black, and gray.
It should be noted that this fabric is printed on one side using digital textile printing, which means it is not a dyed fabric but rather printed directly on the surface. On the other hand, the fabrics texture is rough, but it has an elastic and soft touch, making it ideal for clothing and accessories.
Regarding the applications and uses of the fabric, its versatility stands out, as it can be used for both womens and mens fashion, in garments such as pants, skirts, shorts, Bermuda shorts, and dresses. In addition, it can be used in accessories and decorative items, such as cushions, embroidery hoops, paintings, napkins, among others.
It is important to consider the care instructions for this fabric, which include not bleaching, washing at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, dry cleaning allowed except with trichloroethylene, ironing at a cool temperature, and not tumble drying.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which involves transferring the design from a printed sheet to the fabric using heat and pressure. This technique allows colors to be more vibrant and durable compared to other printing methods.
