The base fabric of this textile is the Bi-elastic Twill - Lisbon, a twill composed of 97% POLYESTER and 3% ELASTANE, with a weight of 209 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid printed color has a Golden Yellow Orange hue, with a CMYK of 9 25 91 1. This color is symbolically associated with energy, optimism, and creativity, and technically its mix of yellow and orange creates a warm and vibrant tone. It combines well with complementary colors such as blue and green to create a balanced effect.
This fabric is digitally printed with the solid color on one side, and it is important to note that it is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side. The base fabric has certain general characteristics, such as its rough and elastic texture to the touch, with a characteristic softness. The solid printed color, for its part, has no texture, but adds vibrancy and a uniform appearance to the fabric.
The Bi-elastic Twill - Lisbon has multiple applications and uses, among which stand out mens and womens fashion in garments such as pants, skirts, jeans, and shorts. It is also used for the manufacture of accessories, cushions, kitchen towels, frames, paintings, and napkins, to mention a few examples. Thanks to its elasticity, it is a very adaptable and comfortable fabric for fitted garments or those with movement.
It is important to note that this type of fabric requires specific care, such as not bleaching, washing at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, ironing at low temperature, and avoiding tumble drying. If dry cleaning is desired, it is recommended not to use trichloroethylene.
For the manufacture of this fabric, sublimation printing technology on polyester is used, which allows for high image resolution and a uniform and high-quality finish. This technique consists of the transfer of ink through a vaporization and solidification process in a solid state, which allows for a durable fixation of the color to the fabric.
