The base fabric, Bi-elastic Twill - Lisbon, is mainly composed of polyester and elastane, which gives it a rough, elastic, and soft texture to the touch. The weight of 209 gr/m2 and the width of 150 cm make it easy to work with in numerous applications, such as pants, skirts, dresses, jeans, and fashion accessories, as well as in home textiles like cushions, napkins, and kitchen towels. The fabric is printed with a solid color in a red-maroon hue, whose CMYK formula is 27-80-73-24, making it harmonious and vibrant. The resulting secondary color is a burgundy tone reminiscent of ripe grapes and perfectly complements black, white, and other earthy tones such as brown and beige.
It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the solid color on one side only using digital textile printing. This means that the ink is applied only to the surface of the fabric, without penetrating it, which makes it less resistant to fading and moisture. It is recommended to wash it at a maximum temperature of 30°C, do not bleach, and avoid tumble drying to maintain its quality and durability.
Regarding printing technology, this fabric is manufactured using sublimation. This process involves printing the desired image on special paper, which is then placed in contact with the fabric and subjected to high temperature and pressure to transfer the ink to the fabric. Sublimation allows for printing high-quality and durable photographic images, creating unique and detailed designs.
In summary, the Bi-elastic Twill - Lisbon base fabric is an excellent option for numerous applications, and its burgundy color, printed using sublimation, offers a wide range of possibilities in combination with other bright and neutral colors. With proper care, this fabric will remain in optimal condition and maintain its beauty after numerous uses and washes.
