The base fabric used for this textile is Bi-elastic Twill - Lisbon, with a composition of 97% polyester and 3% elastane, which provides optimal elasticity for fashion garments. The solid printed color is an Eggplant Purple with a CMYK of 60 93 36 45. This color conveys elegance and sophistication and combines perfectly with different colors such as pink, black, gray, and beige. It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the solid color on one side by digital textile printing.
Bi-elastic Twill - Lisbon has several general characteristics, such as a rough and elastic texture, in addition to its softness to the touch. These characteristics make this fabric perfect for fashion garments such as pants, skirts, shorts, bermudas or accessories, as well as for decorative items such as cushions, embroidery hoops, paintings or napkins. In addition, this fabric is perfect for home textiles such as dishcloths, thanks to its durability and resistance.
It is important to note that this fabric must be cared for properly to preserve its properties. For this reason, it is recommended to wash at a maximum of 30ºC, do not bleach, do not tumble dry, and iron at a cool temperature. Dry cleaning is also allowed except for trichloroethylene.
The printing process of this fabric is carried out using polyester sublimation technology. This printing method is used to print on polyester fabrics, providing excellent quality and durability to the printed color. The sublimation technique is performed by transferring ink from a special paper to the fabric by applying heat and pressure, achieving that the ink integrates perfectly with the fibers of the fabric. Finally, a high-quality result and vibrant and durable colors can be obtained.
