The base fabric, Bi-elastic Twill - Lisbon, composed of 97% polyester and 3% elastane, has a weight of 209 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its solid printed color is Cadillac pink with a CMYK of 10 30 4 0. This secondary color symbolizes sweetness and delicacy, while its vibrant tone provides a strong personality. Cadillac pink combines perfectly with cool colors like grey, blue, and green, but also with warm and vivid colors like orange and yellow.
It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing and is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side. The base fabric has general characteristics such as a rough, elastic, and soft texture to the touch. Furthermore, it is a bi-elastic fabric that allows great mobility and comfort when wearing a garment made from this fabric.
The applications and uses of this fabric are very varied and extend from the manufacture of fashion garments for women and men such as trousers, skirts, jeans, dresses, shorts, and Bermudas, to the production of accessories, kitchen cloths, cushions, and napkins. It is also used in decoration to produce stretchers, pictures, and outdoor cushions. All these applications benefit from the bi-elastic fabric which gives great comfort and flexibility to any garment or accessory made with it.
Regarding the care instructions for this fabric, it is recommended to wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC and not to use bleach. In addition, it should be ironed at a cool temperature and should not be tumble dried. Finally, dry cleaning is allowed except for trichloroethylene.
Finally, this type of fabric is manufactured using sublimation printing technology (polyester), a process in which ink is transferred through heat and pressure to the base fabric, providing a high level of detail and quality in the print. It is a durable technique resistant to the wear and tear of time and washing, which ensures the durability of the color printed on the fabric.
