The base fabric of this textile is a bi-elastic polyester and elastane twill with a weight of 209 gr/m2 and a width of 150cm, called Lisboa. The plain printed color is a light blue tone with a CMYK of 25 4 6 0, symbolizing serenity, freshness, and tranquility. Additionally, light blue combines perfectly with shades of gray, silver, and white. It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the plain color on one side using digital textile printing.
The general characteristics of this fabric include a rough and elastic texture with a soft feel. The plain printed color features a bright and consistent finish, creating a satin effect that enhances the colors hue. As for the applications and uses of this fabric, it can be used for fashion such as pants, skirts, jeans, shorts, accessories, and dresses. It can also be employed in home textiles to create cushions, cloths, napkins, and decorative frames.
To maintain this fabric in optimal condition, it is important not to bleach it and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. Dry cleaning can be used, with the exception of trichloroethylene. Ironing at a cool temperature is recommended, and tumble drying should be avoided.
This fabric is manufactured using polyester sublimation technology, a dye-transfer printing process in which the ink turns into gas and adheres to the fabric, creating a comprehensive and wash-resistant print. This digital textile printing method allows for the production of customized and creative fabrics with high resolution and color quality.
