The base fabric of this product is the Bi-elastic Twill - Lisbon, mainly composed of 97% polyester and 3% elastane with a weight of 209 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its solid printed color is an intense blue, with a cyan ink combination of 99%, magenta of 95%, yellow of 32%, and black of 24%, represented by the CMYK code 99 95 32 24.
This secondary color conveys confidence and stability, and combines very well with colors like white, gray, yellow, and orange, allowing for a wide variety of harmonious designs and combinations. It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which translates into a material of great quality and resistance.
Regarding general characteristics, this fabric stands out for its rough and elastic texture, providing a soft and comfortable feel. In addition, its great elasticity allows for a perfect fit to the body and greater comfort in daily use. Among the most frequent applications and uses, we find pants, skirts, jeans, shorts, accessories, dresses, frames, paintings, and cushions, as well as napkins and kitchen towels.
As for the care we must take to maintain its quality and durability, it is recommended not to bleach, maintain a maximum washing temperature of 30ºC, avoid the use of trichloroethylene in dry cleaning, iron at a cold temperature, and do not tumble dry.
Finally, the printing technology used in this fabric is sublimation on polyester, which allows for high fidelity in color reproduction and a high-quality, durable finish. This technique uses water-based inks that, through heat and pressure, permeate the fibers of the fabric, allowing for designs of great sharpness and detail. In summary, the Bi-elastic Twill - Lisbon is a resistant, elastic, and adaptable fabric, printed with the best digital textile printing technology, offering a wide range of applications and great quality in its finishes.
