Description

The base fabric, Bi-elastic Twill - Lisbon, has a composition of 97% polyester and 3% elastane, making it an elastic fabric, rough to the touch yet soft at the same time. The plain printed color is a beautiful navy blue shade, obtained by mixing Cyan (100), Magenta (87), Yellow (12), and Black (1) ink with a CMYK of 100, 87, 12, 1. This deep blue color pairs perfectly with earthy tones, whites, grays, nudes, and pastels.

It is important to note that the fabric is digitally printed with the plain color on only one side, meaning it is not a dyed fabric but a printed one.

The base fabric of the Bi-elastic Twill - Lisbon, is a versatile fabric with a wide range of applications and uses. In addition to being suitable for mens and womens fashion garments, such as trousers, skirts, shorts, bermudas, jeans, accessories, and dresses, it can also be used in home textiles, such as cushions, tea towels, napkins, and embroidery hoops. Furthermore, it is also suitable for the production of paintings and decorative objects, both for outdoors and indoors.

Regarding care, it is necessary to wash the fabric at a maximum temperature of 30 degrees, do not use bleach or tumble dry, iron at low temperature, and do not dry clean with trichloroethylene.

Finally, the printing technology used to print the plain color on the fabric is sublimation, which employs a special ink transfer printing technique. This process is carried out by heating the ink to a high temperature so that it permanently adheres to the fabrics surface, allowing the texture and elastic characteristics of the base fabric to be maintained.
