The base fabric is Organic Cotton Twill - Florence, 195 gr/m2 and 100% organic cotton composition. The printed color is a Raw-Linen with a CMYK of 9 12 15 0, giving it a light, natural beige tone. This color conveys simple elegance and a sense of comfort. The secondary color to highlight is Linen, as it determines the tonality of the main color. This color combines perfectly with all shades of whites, dusty pinks, mustards, earthy greens, and light browns. It is worth noting that the fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which provides high quality, definition, and sharpness of details.
The characteristics of the base fabric are mainly its texture, with a soft yet rigid feel at the same time. Additionally, its medium weight and width of 160 cm make it ideal for making all kinds of clothing, accessories, and decoration. Regarding the color, Raw-Linen adds a sense of naturalness, simplicity, and elegance, making it a very versatile tone for all types of applications.
Among the applications and uses of the base fabric are the manufacture of garments such as trousers, overshirts, jeans, shorts, bermudas, and accessories such as toiletry bags or purses. It is also very useful for home decoration, especially for creating cushions, table runners, placemats, tablecloths, and napkins. All this thanks to its soft and resistant texture.
As for the care this fabric should receive, it is recommended not to bleach and to wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. It can be dry cleaned except for trichloroethylene and ironed at a cool temperature. It is not suitable for tumble drying.
Finally, it is worth noting that the printing technology used to create this fabric is Direct Reactive for natural fibers. This technique consists of printing the design directly on the fabric and achieving high quality definition and durability. In addition, it is a more sustainable and ecological technique than traditional printing techniques.
