The base fabric of this textile is an Organic Cotton Twill, with a composition of 100% organic cotton and a weight of 195 gr/m2. The plain color printed on the fabric is a delicate shade of Burnt Rose with a CMYK of 24 100 29 13, indicating a high proportion of magenta and a touch of yellow. This color conveys a feeling of warmth and sweetness, which combines very well with earthy tones and soft greens. The fabric is printed with the plain color on one side using digital textile printing, which guarantees a durable and uniform color across the entire printed surface.
Regarding the general characteristics of the base fabric, it stands out for its soft texture and slight rigidity, which makes it ideal for decorative and fashion applications such as trousers, overshirts, shorts, as well as various accessories and home products. In addition, it has GOTS-ORGANIC CU1016503 certification, which guarantees that the fabric has been produced in a sustainable and environmentally friendly manner.
Among the most common applications and uses of this fabric are the decoration of hoops and frames, the making of mens and womens clothing, such as jeans and shorts, as well as the manufacture of accessories such as toiletry bags and coin purses. It is also very versatile in home decoration, allowing the making of cushions for various rooms, placemats and tablecloths for the table, and table runners.
It is important to note that this fabric requires special care, including not bleaching, washing at maximum temperatures of 30ºC, dry cleaning allowed except trichloroethylene, ironing at a cool temperature, and not tumble drying.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is REACTIVE DIRECT DIGITAL (NATURAL FIBERS), which allows for precise and high-quality digital printing on natural fibers such as organic cotton. This printing process is carried out directly on the surface of the fabric, penetrating deeply into the fibers to guarantee a sharp image that is resistant to washing and use.
