Organic Cotton Twill - Florence

The base fabric is Organic Cotton Twill - Florence, composed entirely of organic cotton with a weight of 195 gr/m2 and a width of 160 cm. The solid printed color is Blush Lavender White, with a CMYK ink combination of 8 cyan, 12 magenta, 4 yellow, and 0 black. This color is characterized by being soft and rigid at the same time, creating a feeling of comfort and resistance simultaneously. Blush Lavender combines particularly well with soft, earthy tones such as beige, tan, and olive green.

This fabric is digitally printed with the solid color on one side, which means that the ink is only applied to one side and the fabric fibers themselves are not dyed. The texture of the fabric is soft to the touch, but at the same time has the necessary rigidity to create shapes and structures.

Among the most outstanding applications and uses of this fabric are the decoration of frames and paintings, the making of garments such as trousers, overshirts, shorts, and Bermuda shorts, as well as in the manufacture of accessories such as toiletry bags and coin purses. It is also suitable for making cushions for both the kitchen and the bedroom, as well as tablecloths, placemats, and table runners.

Regarding care, bleaching the fabric should be avoided, and washing at a maximum temperature of 30ºC is recommended. It can be dry cleaned, avoiding the use of trichloroethylene, and ironed at a cool temperature. Tumble drying is not recommended.

The printing technology used is reactive direct digital printing for natural fibers. It is a sophisticated technique used to print high-quality images on fabrics. Reactive ink penetrates the fabric fiber and is fixed by the use of steam and heat, which provides long-lasting color and durability.
