The base fabric is Organic Cotton Twill - Florence, with a composition of 100% organic cotton, a weight of 195 gr/m2, and a width of 160 cm. The solid color printed is a Butterfly Blue, which is reflected in CMYK as a mix of 65% Cyan, 16% Magenta, 8% Yellow, and 0% Black. This color represents the harmony of the blue sky and the spring-like feeling of butterflies. Butterfly Blue is perfect for combining with green, pink, and yellow tones.
The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which allows for greater precision in detail resolution and the use of a wide range of colors. The printed fabric has a soft yet rigid texture, making it perfect for creating any type of garment or accessory.
Among the general characteristics of the base fabric are its great softness to the touch and its resistance, which make it ideal for making bedding, towels, kitchen cloths, and cushions. In addition, the fabric is breathable and easy to wash.
The applications or uses of the fabric are diverse, standing out in interior decoration as stretchers, paintings, and cushions for the bedroom, living room, and kitchen. In fashion, the fabric is perfect for making pants, overshirts, jeans, shorts, bermudas, and accessories such as wallets, toiletry bags, and handbags. However, its use is not limited only to fashion and decoration, as it can also be used for making napkins, placemats, and tablecloths, among others.
Regarding care, it is recommended not to bleach, not to use temperatures above 30ºC for washing, dry cleaning is allowed except with trichloroethylene, iron at a cool temperature, and it cannot be tumble dried.
The printing technology used for the manufacture of this fabric is DIGITAL DIRECT REACTIVE (NATURAL FIBERS), which allows direct printing on the fabric without the need for an intermediate layer to fix the ink. The result is a printed image with high definition and durability, which does not lose its original softness and texture.
