The base fabric is Organic Cotton Twill - Florence, with a composition of 100% organic cotton and a weight of 195 gr/m2. The printed solid color is a golden yellow hue, with a blend of Cyan (12), Magenta (3), Yellow (93), and Black (0) inks that make up the CMYK color space 12 3 93 0. This secondary color is associated with elegance, wisdom, and prosperity, and is perfect for adding warmth and brightness to any space. It combines very well with other earthy tones such as brown and green, as well as with cool tones such as blue and violet.
It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which means it is not a dyed fabric but rather printed. This technique allows for a high-quality, detailed finish, with the ability to faithfully reproduce complex and sophisticated designs.
Regarding general characteristics, the base fabric has a soft texture to the touch but is rigid in its structure, making it perfect for making garments such as pants, shorts/bermudas, and overshirts, as well as accessories such as toiletry bags and coin purses. On the other hand, the applicability of this fabric extends to interior decoration, with its use in cushions for the bedroom, living room, and kitchen, as well as in tablecloths, placemats, and table runners for the dining room.
In relation to the care that should be taken for this fabric, we must take into account that it should not be bleached and should be washed at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. Dry cleaning is recommended except with trichloroethylene, as well as ironing at a cool temperature and avoiding the use of a dryer.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is REACTIVE DIRECT DIGITAL (NATURAL FIBERS), which uses reactive pigments that adhere to the organic cotton fibers to ensure a sharp and durable image. This printing technique is environmentally friendly and guarantees a high-quality finish.
