The base fabric is a Prada Twill made of 96% polyester and 4% elastane, with a weight of 220 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid printed color is Night Black, with a CMYK of 84 68 55 67. The secondary tone is a deep black with bluish and violet nuances, which gives a feeling of elegance and sophistication. It combines particularly well with golden, silver, gray, and dark blue tones. The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side by digital textile printing, in which it is printed directly on the surface of the base fabric.
The texture of the fabric is soft and thin, which makes it very pleasant to the touch and comfortable to wear. In addition, thanks to its composition, it is elastic and resistant, which allows greater freedom of movement and greater durability over time. The printed color is vibrant and of high quality, which guarantees good reproduction of details and colors.
Among the most common applications and uses of this base fabric are the making of fashion garments for women and men, such as skirts, shirts, blouses, and dresses, as well as the elaboration of accessories such as scarves. In particular, its softness and texture make it ideal for garments that require special care for the skin or for pieces that require greater comfort and flexibility.
Regarding care, it is important to note that this fabric should not be bleached and that the maximum washing temperature should not exceed 30 degrees. In addition, it is recommended not to tumble dry and to iron at a cold temperature. On the other hand, the fabric admits dry cleaning, except with trichloroethylene.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which consists of transferring the ink directly and permanently onto the surface of the fabric by means of heat and pressure. This process guarantees a high quality of printing, a great variety of colors, and resistance to washing and wear.
