The base fabric of this textile is Sarga - Prada, composed of 96% POLYESTER and 4% ELASTANE, with a grammage of 220 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The plain printed color used is a shade of Blood Red, according to CMYK 36 78 46 42. This color present in the fabric is a strong and vibrant tone that symbolizes passion and energy. Combined with other secondary colors such as yellow, gray, or blue, it can create an interesting and attractive contrast. It should be noted that the fabric is printed with the plain color on one side by digital textile printing.
Regarding the characteristics of the base fabric and its plain color, it can be highlighted that it presents a soft texture and a thin touch. This combination is excellent for creating light and comfortable garments, perfect for the summer season. Likewise, this composition of polyester and elastane provides elasticity to the fabric, making it easy to work with and more moldable in garment making. As for the plain printed color, it presents great colorfastness over time and a good quality finish.
Among the applications and uses of the base fabric, we can highlight the making of shirts, skirts, blouses, dresses, and scarves. Regarding the care instructions that must be taken into account for this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 30°C, dry cleaning is allowed except for trichloroethylene, iron at low temperature and cannot be tumble dried. It is very important to follow these recommendations to ensure the durability of the finished garment.
The printing technology with which this fabric is manufactured is polyester sublimation, a process by which ink is printed with heat and pressure onto the fabric. In this way, the color is permanently fixed to the fabric. This digital textile printing process is very versatile, as it allows for high-quality printing on a wide variety of fabrics and designs.
