Description

The base fabric, Twill - Prada, is a twill composed of 96% polyester and 4% elastane with a weight of 220 gr/m2 and a width of 150cm. Its plain printed color is Brown, Milk Chocolate, with CMYK of 42 57 100 52. The color, symbolically, represents stability, warmth, and comfort, and technically its combination of cyan, magenta, yellow, and black creates an earthy and elegant tone that pairs well with shades of white, beige, and olive green. Its worth noting that the fabric is digitally printed with the plain color on one side only, meaning the print is only on one face of the fabric.

The base fabric is characterized by having a soft and thin texture to the touch. Its twill weave provides greater strength and durability, making it ideal for fashion garments such as shirts, skirts, blouses, dresses, and accessories like scarves. Furthermore, it is suitable for the summer season. As for its plain printed color, its combination of colors and chromatic depth adds value to garments made from it.

To maintain the quality and durability of the fabric, it is recommended not to bleach it and to wash it at no more than 30°C. Additionally, dry cleaning is possible, but trichlorethylene should not be used. Ironing should preferably be done at a cool temperature, and tumble drying is not recommended.

The printing technology used for this type of fabric is sublimation, a process that involves printing ink onto sublimation paper and transferring it to the fabric using heat and pressure. The ink turns into gas at high temperatures and adheres to the polyester fibers, creating a durable and high-quality print. This technique allows for high-resolution and color-accurate printing effects and is generally suitable for personalized production of fabrics and garments.
