The base fabric, a 220 gr/m2 and 150 cm wide polyester and elastane twill, features a plain mustard yellow color printed using sublimation technology with the following CMYK values: 6 11 70 0. This color symbolizes creativity, energy, joy, and vitality, and is a combination of yellow and dark brown. It pairs well with other earth tones such as brown and olive green, as well as with reds, oranges, and neutral colors. It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the plain color on one side only using digital textile printing.
This fabric is characterized by being soft to the touch and having a thin texture, making it ideal for creating light and comfortable summer fashion garments. Furthermore, the fabrics composition gives it elasticity and resistance, making it very durable over time. In terms of applications, this fabric is ideal for making shirts, skirts, blouses, dresses, and scarves, for both women and men.
For the care of the base fabric, it is recommended not to bleach it, wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, and iron at a cool temperature. Additionally, it is important not to tumble dry and, if necessary, to allow only dry cleaning with the exception of trichloroethylene.
The printing technology used for the manufacturing of this fabric is sublimation with polyester ink, which is based on transferring an image or design from a digital printer to a transfer paper sheet, from which it is then transferred to the fabric using heat and pressure. This allows for complex, high-quality designs with great print durability.
