The base fabric of this textile is a polyester and elastane twill, with a weight of 220 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its solid printed color is a vibrant corn yellow, with a CMYK of 4 3 64 0. This secondary color is a warm and cheerful tone, reminiscent of sunlight and warmth. It combines especially well with colors such as white, light gray, or other pastel shades, creating a fresh and youthful atmosphere. It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the solid color on one side only, by digital textile printing, and that it is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side.
Regarding the general characteristics of the base fabric, it stands out for its soft and delicate texture and feel, with a subtle weave and an elegant drape. Due to its polyester and elastane composition, it offers great resistance and durability, as well as allowing for certain elasticity in the finished garment. As for the solid printed color, its application provides great luminosity to the final garment, highlighting the design against any background.
The applications and uses of this fabric are varied, as we have indicated previously. This twill-Prada is an excellent option for making various fashion garments for both men and women, such as shirts, skirts, blouses, or dresses, in addition to being usable for accessories like scarves. Its corn yellow tone perfectly suits the summer season, combining perfectly with the colors and prints typical of this time of year.
It is important to mention that this fabric requires certain special care. It should not be bleached and should be washed at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. It allows for dry cleaning except for trichloroethylene and cold ironing. Furthermore, it cannot be tumble dried.
Finally, this fabric is manufactured using sublimation technology (polyester), which allows for the printing of high-quality and high-definition designs. This technique uses a specialized printer capable of transferring ink to the fabric through the action of heat and pressure, creating a durable pattern resistant to wear and washing.
