The base fabric of this textile is Sarga-Prada, composed of 96% polyester and 4% elastane, with a weight of 220 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid printed color is a deep rose-mauve obtained with sublimation technology and a CMYK of 22 46 11 0. This secondary color evokes sophistication and elegance, and pairs particularly well with grays, blues, and dark greens. It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the solid color on one side only using digital textile printing, meaning it is not a dyed fabric but precisely printed.
Regarding general characteristics, the base fabric has a soft and thin texture to the touch, making it attractive and comfortable to wear. As for the solid color, it presents a deep, rich, and highly intense hue associated with romanticism and the depth of feelings. Furthermore, the base fabric has a wide variety of applications and uses, including mens and womens fashion, specifically shirts, skirts, blouses, dresses, and accessories like scarves.
It is important to emphasize that this type of fabric requires certain care for its maintenance, so it is recommended not to bleach it, wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, use dry cleaning except trichloroethylene, and iron it at a cool temperature. Additionally, it cannot be tumble dried.
As for the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric, it is made through sublimation, which allows for high precision and quality in printing high-definition images and designs on the fabric. In this process, the image is first printed on special paper using sublimation inks, and then transferred to the fabric using a heat press. This way, a reliable and high-quality print is achieved on the fabric.
