The base fabric for this textile is a polyester and elastane twill with a weight of 220 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The printed base color is pearl white, with a CMYK composition of 3 9 2 0. This secondary tone has a slightly bluish hue and symbolizes delicacy and sophistication. It pairs well with pastel tones, earth colors, and dark grays, making it a versatile color.
The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing. It is important to note that this is not a dyed fabric, but rather printed on one side. The base fabric is soft to the touch and thin, making it ideal for summer clothing. Furthermore, being mainly composed of polyester, it offers superior resistance and durability compared to other fabrics.
The applications and uses of this fabric are diverse, ranging from womens and mens fashion, such as shirts, skirts, blouses, and dresses, to accessories like scarves. Combined with other fabrics, it can be used for the creation of formal or informal garments, and is especially suitable for garments that require a certain degree of elasticity.
Regarding the care instructions for this fabric, it is important to wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC and avoid bleaching. Additionally, dry cleaning is recommended, avoiding the use of trichloroethylene, ironing at a low temperature, and not using a tumble dryer.
The printing technology used for this fabric is sublimation, a process in which the desired image is printed on a special sheet and then transferred to the fabric by pressure and heat. This process allows for high-quality printing and color fidelity, and is widely used in the production of personalized fabrics.
