The base fabric of this textile is Prada Twill, composed of 96% polyester and 4% elastane, with a weight of 220 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its printed solid color is a combination of purple, slate gray, and blue, with a cyan ink of 38%, magenta of 32%, yellow of 7%, and no black ink. This color is a sample of elegance and sophistication, evoking a balance between serenity and passion, strength and subtlety. The slate gray color provides a certain air of mystery and sophistication, while the blue and purple give the fabric a touch of serenity and tranquility, like the sky and flowers.
The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, employing the polyester sublimation technique. This printing technique ensures high quality and durability of the printed color, without losing the texture and softness of the base fabric.
The general characteristics of the base fabric are soft and thin to the touch, making it a comfortable and lightweight fabric to wear. The flexibility of the elastane allows it to adapt to different body types. In addition to its previously mentioned applications and uses, Prada Twill fabric is ideal for making blouses, pants, and jackets, as well as for home decoration projects such as cushions and curtains.
Regarding the care instructions for the maintenance of this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach it and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 30°C. It is suitable for dry cleaning, with the exception of using trichloroethylene. It should be ironed at a cool temperature and cannot be tumble dried.
To manufacture this fabric, polyester sublimation technology is used, which consists of transferring the printed color directly and instantly to the base fabric using heat and pressure. This technique allows the printed color not to fade or lose its quality over time, in addition to allowing a wide variety of designs and creative possibilities.
