The base fabric for this piece is Twill - Prada, composed of 96% polyester and 4% elastane. Its weight of 220 gr/m2, combined with a width of 150 cm, makes it ideal for both womens and mens garments and accessories in the summer season. The solid color printed is Honey Dew Green, which has a CMYK of 13 2 11 0. This shade perfectly combines with neutral colors such as white, beige, or gray, giving the garment a fresh and modern touch. The fabric is printed with a solid color on one side by digital textile printing, which allows complex designs to be stamped with high color definition.
The general characteristics of the base fabric are summarized in its soft and thin texture, which makes it comfortable in contact with the skin and easy to work with. In addition, it has good resistance to abrasion and wear, which guarantees its durability and resistance to continuous use. Regarding its application, this fabric is ideal for manufacturing shirts, skirts, blouses, dresses, and accessories such as scarves.
As for the care that should be taken into account for this fabric, it is important not to bleach and wash at a maximum temperature of 30°C. Likewise, it allows dry cleaning, except with trichloroethylene. It is advisable to iron at a cool temperature and avoid using a tumble dryer.
Finally, the printing technology used for the manufacture of this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which allows high image resolution and long-term color fixation. With this technique, the desired design is printed on transfer paper and applied by heat and pressure onto the base fabric, creating a final print of high quality and definition.
