The base fabric is Sarga - Prada 220 gr/m2, composed of 96% POLYESTER and 4% ELASTANE, with a width of 150cm. The plain printed color is a brilliant Deep Sea Green with a CMYK of 84 40 70 42. This color conveys a sense of freshness, tranquility, and elegance. Deep Sea Green particularly combines with other natural colors such as brown, yellow, white, and beige, and also with other strong colors such as magenta and violet.
The base fabric is printed with the plain color on one side by digital textile printing, which means that the color is on the surface of the fabric and has not been dyed in depth. The printed surface is soft and thin, allowing for great precision and detail in the design.
The general characteristics of the base fabric are that it is resistant and elastic, ideal for garments that need to adapt to body movement. The plain printed color is durable and will not fade easily, maintaining its brightness and tone. In addition, the color is resistant to water and direct sunlight, which guarantees its durability and quality.
Among the applications and uses of the base fabric are the manufacture of Shirts, Skirts, Blouses, Dresses, and Scarves, for both men and women. Twill is a versatile fabric adaptable to different styles and designs. In addition, its blend of polyester and elastane makes it easy to care for and maintain.
For the care of the base fabric, it is recommended not to bleach it and to wash it with cold water at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. It can be dry cleaned, except with trichloroethylene, and should be ironed at a cold temperature. It cannot be tumble dried.
The printing technology used in this fabric is sublimation on polyester. Sublimation printing is ideal for high-quality prints on synthetic fabrics such as twill. The process involves transferring the color of the design to special paper, manufactured to support the ink. It is then placed on the surface of the fabric and subjected to high temperatures so that the ink transfers and permanently fixes to the fabric.
