Description

The base fabric, called Sarga - Prada, is a twill type with a composition of 96% polyester and 4% elastane, with a weight of 220 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid printed color is Ivy Blue. The CMYK content of this color is 80 Cyan, 26 Magenta, 12 Yellow, and 1 Black. The secondary color is a greenish blue tone and symbolizes nature, representing tranquility and harmony. It combines well with pastel tones, grays, and whites. It is interesting to note that the fabric is printed with the solid color on one side by digital textile printing, which means it is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side.

The base fabric has a soft and thin texture. The printed color is vibrant and durable thanks to sublimation technology. Some of the applications and uses of this fabric are shirts, skirts, blouses, dresses, and scarves for both women and men. It is a versatile fabric adaptable to different occasions and styles. Regarding the care instructions, it is recommended not to bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, do not tumble dry, iron at cool temperature, and dry cleaning is allowed except for trichloroethylene.

This fabric is manufactured using digital textile sublimation printing technology, which ensures that the color adheres to the fabric uniformly and durably. The process consists of printing the design on special transfer paper with sublimation inks using a high-resolution digital printer, and then transferring this ink to the fabric by applying heat and pressure. The result is a personalized fabric with a vibrant and resistant design that meets the needs of the most demanding customers.
