The base fabric is a polyester and elastane twill, weighing 220 gr/m2 and 150 cm wide, with a soft and thin texture. The secondary color is a combination of gray and army brown, with CMYK values of 44 40 55 27. This color is elegant, sober, and versatile, combining well with other neutral colors, such as black, white, and beige, as well as with stronger tones, such as red and dark blue. The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which gives it a defined and crisp appearance.
The general characteristics of the base fabric are its softness and delicacy, which makes it ideal for making garments such as shirts, skirts, blouses, dresses, and accessories like scarves. Additionally, due to its polyester and elastane composition, it offers excellent elasticity and adaptability to the body, providing greater comfort and convenience when wearing the garment.
It is important to note the specific care instructions for this fabric: it can be machine washed at a maximum temperature of 30 °C and with a gentle spin. Bleach and tumble drying are not recommended, nor is ironing at high temperatures. This fabric can be dry-cleaned, except in processes that use trichloroethylene.
The printing technology used in the manufacturing process of this fabric is polyester sublimation, which allows for high definition and precision when printing on polyester surfaces. This process involves applying heat and pressure so that the printed ink turns into vapor, adheres to the fabric fibers, and solidifies to enhance the color and quality of the fabrics print.
