The base fabric is a Cotton Sateen, in white, printed with a blue tone called Koi blue, which is obtained from mixing cyan, magenta, and yellow inks in a percentage of 48, 13, and 12 respectively, resulting in a CMYK of 48 13 12 0. Koi blue is a symbolic color that represents tranquility and serenity, and technically, its light and subtle tone creates a relaxing effect on the garment or textile item in which it is used. This color combines particularly well with light green or pastel golden tones.
The fabric is single-sided printed using digital textile printing, which allows for a uniform and high-quality finish. The base fabric, made of 100% cotton, is soft to the touch and light, with a grammage of 168 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Additionally, its thin and delicate texture makes it ideal for clothing and bedding items.
The fabric can be used in different applications and uses, as previously indicated, such as shirts, dresses, pillowcases, sheets, and skirts, and is perfect for the summer season due to its lightness and soft texture. Thanks to its simplicity and clarity of tone, this fabric can be used for multiple designs and styles.
For the care of the fabric, it is recommended not to bleach it and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. Dry cleaning is also possible, excluding trichloroethylene, and ironing at a warm temperature. It can also be tumble dried at a reduced temperature.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is Reactive Digital Direct, specialized for natural fibers, in which the ink is fixed directly onto the fibers of the material, allowing for a durable finish resistant to washing and sunlight. Furthermore, this technology allows for high-quality resolution in printed designs and images.
