Cotton Sateen - White Satin

Cotton Satin - White Satin is a plain satin fabric, with a composition of 100% cotton, a weight of 168 gr/m2, and a width of 150 cm. Its base color is white, which is complemented by the plain color printed in banana yellow (CMYK 13 1 70 0). This secondary color is characterized by being an intense and bright yellow tone, which evokes joy, optimism, and energy. Combined with the white of the base fabric, this printed color creates a harmonious and balanced contrast.

The base fabric, in addition to having a satin finish, is characterized by having a soft and delicate texture to the touch, as well as being thin and light. For its part, the plain printed color is vibrant and uniform, thanks to reactive direct digital printing technology. It is important to note that the printing is done on one side only, which means that the other side of the fabric remains in its base color.

As for the applications and uses of this fabric, we can mention that it is ideal for making garments such as shirts, dresses, and skirts, for both women and men, due to its softness and drape. It is also suitable for making home textiles, such as pillowcases and sheets, especially in summer seasons.

To maintain the quality of this fabric, it is necessary to follow certain care recommendations, such as not bleaching it, washing it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, ironing it at a warm temperature, and tumble drying at a reduced temperature (if used). Likewise, dry cleaning is recommended, except with trichloroethylene, to ensure greater durability.

Finally, reactive direct digital printing technology is based on the application of special inks on the fabric previously treated with certain chemicals that allow the ink pigments to penetrate the fibers of the fabric. This process ensures high print quality and color durability on the printed fabric.
