Description

This cotton sateen fabric, known as White Satin, features a solid color printed in a vibrant blue-green. Its hue is the result of combining Cyan, Magenta, and Yellow inks, and according to CMYK, it has 29% cyan, 5% magenta, 22% yellow, and 0% black. The printed color evokes a refreshing and relaxing feeling, conjuring images of nature and the sea. It pairs especially well with soft colors like gray, beige, and off-white.

The base fabric has been printed with the blue-green color on one side using direct reactive digital textile printing for natural fibers. Its weight of 168 gr/m2 and width of 150 cm make it a lightweight and easy-to-handle fabric. It is soft, delicate to the touch, and subtly shiny, standing out for its elegance and sophistication.

Regarding its general characteristics, the base fabric is a Sateen/Satin type composed of 100% cotton. Its texture is soft and thin, and it boasts great strength and durability. In terms of application, it can be successfully used in making shirts, dresses, and skirts for both men and women, or in creating pillowcases and sheets for the bedroom. Furthermore, thanks to its softness, it can also be used in other more delicate textile projects.

It is essential to consider the care instructions for this fabric. It is recommended to wash it at a maximum temperature of 30 degrees, do not bleach, and iron at a warm temperature. Likewise, it can be dry cleaned (except trichloroethylene) and tumble dried at a low temperature.

Finally, the printing process used to create this fabric is direct reactive digital printing for natural fibers. In this process, inks are printed directly onto the fabric, creating high-definition and high-quality images while maintaining the original softness and handle of the fabric. This technique allows for the creation of detailed patterns and a wide variety of designs, making it a very popular technique in the creation of high-quality fabrics.
