Cotton Sateen - White Satin

The base fabric is Cotton Sateen - White Satin, with a weight of 168 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid color printed is Sapphire Blue, with CMYK values of 96 66 13 2, which produces an intense and vibrant tone. This secondary color is associated with stability, loyalty, and trust, and combines especially well with neutral tones, such as white, black, and gray, as well as with other lighter blues and greens.

The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side by digital textile printing, which means that a high-precision printing process is used to transfer the ink directly onto the fabric surface, creating a smooth and uniform finish. The base fabric has a pleasant texture and feel when in contact with the skin, and is thin but resistant.

The general characteristics of the base fabric include its softness and thinness, which make it ideal for bedding, garments, and interior decoration. Although it is a summer fabric, it can be used throughout the year. The most common applications are mens and womens shirts and dresses, skirts, and bedroom bedding, such as pillowcases and sheets.

To maintain the quality of the fabric, it is recommended not to bleach it, wash it at a maximum temperature of 30°C, and iron it at a warm temperature. It can also be dry cleaned and tumble dried at a low temperature, avoiding the most abrasive chemicals.

The printing technology used is REACTIVE DIRECT DIGITAL (NATURAL FIBERS), which allows the ink to be transferred to the fabric with greater precision and detail, without the need to use molds or stencils. By using a chemical reaction to bond the inks with the cotton fibers, the final result is a durable color that is resistant to washing and fading.
