Cotton Sateen - White Satin

The base fabric is Cotton Sateen - White Satin, a Sateen/Satin type composed of 100% cotton. Its weight is 168 gr/m2 and its width reaches 150 cm. The solid color printed on the fabric is Sandstone Gray, whose CMYK content is 42 39 49 24. This color is characterized by its warm and relaxing tone, which conveys an air of elegance and sophistication. It combines perfectly with bluish and greenish tones, as well as with beige and dark browns.

The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which gives the garment a fine and detailed finish. The texture of the fabric is soft and thin, making it perfect for making summer clothes or bedding.

As for its general characteristics, the base fabric is characterized by being resistant, durable and easy to work with. The Sateen/Satin provides a smooth and shiny texture on the surface of the fabric, giving it a polished and elegant appearance. As we have mentioned, the fabric is mainly used for making mens and womens clothing, especially shirts, dresses and skirts, as well as in the textile sector for making sheets and pillowcases.

The care that must be taken into account for this type of fabric is very important. Bleaching is not recommended and the maximum washing temperature is 30ºC. Dry cleaning is possible but the use of trichloroethylene should be avoided. It is advisable to iron the fabric at a warm temperature, and the dryer can be used at a reduced temperature.

The printing technology used in the manufacture of this fabric is Reactive Digital Direct, which allows high-quality and high-resolution printing directly on the fabric fibers. This process allows greater color fidelity and greater durability, without affecting the softness or delicacy of the fabric.
