The base fabric of this textile is a Cotton Spandex Sateen called White Tiger. Its composition consists of 97% cotton and 3% elastane, with a weight of 195 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The plain printed color has a predominant reddish-brown hue, achieved by combining Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black inks in a CMYK of 62 48 63 47. Despite being a secondary tone, it conveys great elegance and sobriety.
This color combines very well with tones such as white and black, creating a perfect monochromatic palette for clothing. It can also be complemented with toasted and burgundy tones, and by adding a touch of yellow or red to highlight a specific detail. Furthermore, it is important to remember that the fabric is printed with the plain color on one side using digital textile printing.
Among the general characteristics of the base fabric, we can highlight its soft and pleasant texture to the touch. On the other hand, the fabric is quite versatile and can be used in different applications and uses, such as pillowcases, napkins, blouses, pants, shorts, among others. Additionally, it can be transformed into various accessories like coin purses.
This type of fabric requires certain care for proper conservation. It is recommended not to bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, and iron at a reduced temperature. It also allows dry cleaning, except for trichloroethylene. It is important to note that it can be tumble dried at a reduced temperature.
Finally, it is important to highlight that the base fabric is produced using a printing technology called REACTIVE DIRECT DIGITAL (NATURAL FIBERS). This process uses reactive inks that are fixed to the fabric fibers using heat and pressure, which ensures a durable and high-quality result.
