The base fabric is Cotton Spandex Sateen - White Tiger, with a solid printed color of Butterfly Blue (CMYK: 65 16 8 0). This secondary color is inspired by the blue and violet hues seen on the inside of a butterflys wings and is a popular choice to reflect charm and delicacy in womens fashion. Additionally, it pairs well with other warm or cool colors, such as pink, yellow, or white. The fabric is digitally textile printed on one side, using an efficient and less costly printing method than screen printing.
The base fabric has a weight of 195 gr/m2, a composition of 97% cotton and 3% elastane, and a width of 150 cm. Its texture is soft and pleasant to the touch, thanks to the combination of cotton and elastane. The printed color enhances the beauty and elegance of the sateen, creating a luxurious and sophisticated look in the garment with a slight glossy sheen. These characteristics make the fabric versatile and perfect for a wide range of applications and uses, including pillowcases, apparel such as dresses, shirts, jumpsuits, pants, and accessories like handbags or coin purses.
It is important to note that the fabric must be properly cared for to maintain its quality and appearance, avoiding bleaching and washing at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. It is also recommended not to use trichloroethylene when dry cleaning, to iron at a cool temperature, and to tumble dry at a reduced temperature.
The printing technology used to produce this fabric is REACTIVE DIRECT DIGITAL (NATURAL FIBERS), which ensures high resolution and detail of the image, as well as an environmentally friendly printing process that does not use harmful chemicals. Pigment ink is used, which adheres to the natural cotton fibers, creating a vibrant and durable print.
