The base fabric is Heathered Jersey Knit - Dubai, 100% polyester, with a weight of 135 gr/m2 and a width of 160 cm. The solid printed color is Eggplant-Purple, represented by CMYK 55 100 25 24. This color combines especially well with lighter purples, gray tones, and creams. The fabric is printed on one side using digital textile printing.
The base fabric is smooth to the touch and visually presents a heathered and somewhat translucent texture, while its elasticity makes it very comfortable in knit garments. The printed color is intense and vibrant, with a hue between purple and eggplant that can add depth and elegance to garments.
The Heathered Jersey Knit - Dubai base fabric is commonly used in womens and mens fashion knitwear, especially in timeless t-shirts. Additionally, its softness and elasticity make it suitable for manufacturing pajamas, leggings, and other comfortable and casual garments.
The fabric printed with the indicated solid color should be treated with care to preserve its color and texture. Bleaching and tumble drying are not recommended, and it should be ironed at a low temperature. Dry cleaning is permitted, except with trichloroethylene.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which allows for high print quality with vibrant colors and great precision. The ink is transferred from special printed paper to the fabric using heat and pressure, ensuring durable color fixation.
