The base fabric, called Jaspeado - Dubai Jersey Knit, is a knitted fabric composed entirely of polyester, with a weight of 135 gr/m2. The width of the fabric is 160 cm, and its recommended care includes avoiding the use of bleach, washing at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, and ironing at a low temperature. It is important to note that this fabric should not be tumble-dried and can be dry-cleaned, excluding the use of trichloroethylene. The applications for this fabric are broad, primarily targeting the fashion market for both women and men, especially for garments such as T-shirts. Its season is timeless, and sublimation printing technology is used to apply the plain color printed on one side by digital textile printing.

The saddle brown color printed on this base fabric has the following ink attributes: Cyan 32, Magenta 63, Yellow 100, and Black (or Key) 35, making a total CMYK of 32 63 100 35. This secondary color is a deep, dark brown tone, symbolically associated with stability, solidity, confidence, security, and elegance. In terms of combining it with other colors, it pairs especially well with earthy tones such as beige, olive green, and other lighter browns.

The base fabric printed with this plain color exhibits various characteristics in terms of both texture and feel. It is moldable and soft to the touch, making it ideal for clothing. Furthermore, the use of tumble dryers is not recommended; instead, it should be air-dried, preferably hung and stretched on a clothesline to prevent deformation.

Finally, the printing of the plain color on the fabric is carried out using sublimation technology, which is used to apply the design directly and continuously without altering the softness and smoothness of the fabric. This process offers a more detailed, fresh, and resistant print, as the design merges into the fabric fibers, preventing it from wearing out or peeling with regular use.
