The base fabric is Jersey Knit Mélange - Dubai, composed of 100% polyester with a weight of 135 gr/m2. The solid printed color is an Ice Blue Glacial Blue, which is composed of a Cyan ink of 63, a Magenta ink of 21, a Yellow ink of 17, and a Black ink of 1, with a CMYK of 63 21 17 1. This color transmits a feeling of freshness and cleanliness, which is associated with serenity. The secondary color that can be seen in the fabric is a light gray, which symbolizes neutrality and elegance. This color combines particularly well with darker blues and light browns.
It is important to mention that the fabric is printed with the solid color on one side only by digital textile printing, which means that the color is printed only on one side of the fabric, so as not to affect the elasticity of the fabric. The texture of the fabric is smooth and translucent, with a soft and elastic touch.
Regarding the general characteristics, the fabric is suitable for knit garments such as t-shirts, for both men and women, at any time of the year. In addition, thanks to its polyester composition, it is resistant to use and washing. It is also important to note that this type of fabric can be used in fashion and in the creation of more informal garments, making it very versatile.
As for the care that should be taken for this type of fabric, it is important not to use bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, dry cleaning is allowed except for trichloroethylene, iron at low temperature, and do not tumble dry.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation. This process is carried out by transferring the digitally printed design and applying pressure and heat so that the ink is transferred to the fabric, achieving high quality and durability. Sublimation is one of the most used techniques in textile printing, as it allows designs and colors of fabrics to be customized precisely and efficiently.
