Melange T-shirt Point - Dubai

The base fabric, called Jaspeado Jersey Knit - Dubai, is made of 100% polyester, has a weight of 135 gr/m2 and a width of 160 cm. The solid color printed on this base fabric is camouflage green, which is created with the CMYK combination of 42 cyan, 21 magenta, 35 yellow and 4 black. This color has an earthy tone that evokes nature and combines well with other earth tones such as brown and beige.

It should be noted that the fabric is printed with the solid color on one side by digital textile printing, which means that it is not a dyed fabric but printed in a single direction. The base fabric is elastic, smooth to the touch and visually translucent, with a texture that is perceived as mottled. These characteristics make it very suitable for making knitwear for both men and women, such as t-shirts.

Regarding its care, the fabric should not be bleached and it is recommended to wash at a maximum temperature of 30°C. It can be dry cleaned (except trichloroethylene), ironed at low temperature and tumble drying is not recommended.

The printing technology used in this fabric is sublimation. In this process, a special printer is used that uses inks that turn into gas when subjected to high temperatures and pressures. This gas infiltrates the fibers of the fabric, permanently bonding the ink to the material. This ensures sharp and durable image quality, with a great capacity for color reproduction, such as the camouflage green that has been used in this fabric.
