The base fabric, Jaspeado - Dubai Jersey Knit, is a knit type, 100% polyester, with a weight of 135 gr/m2 and a width of 160 cm. The solid printed color is a combination of green and cream, with a CMYK of 9 1 33 0. This combination reflects a natural and harmonious feel, conveying tranquility and freshness. Green represents nature and cream represents warmth, which, combined with the heathered fabric, creates a translucent visual texture that is soft to the touch and has an elasticity that makes it comfortable to wear.
The green color combines perfectly with earth tones such as brown and beige, which gives it a more natural and earthy touch. On the other hand, cream combines well with pastel tones such as pink, light blue, and yellow, which gives it a softer and more delicate appearance. This fabric is digitally printed with the solid color on one side.
The general characteristics of the base fabric include a soft touch and a heathered visual appearance that conveys simplicity and modernity. It is important to note that this fabric requires specific care, such as not bleaching, washing at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, dry cleaning except with trichloroethylene, ironing at a cool temperature, and not tumble drying. These care instructions help maintain the fabric in good condition for longer.
The printing technology used in the manufacturing of this fabric is sublimation. This consists of printing an image on transfer paper with special inks, which are then transferred to the substrate (in this case, the fabric) using heat and pressure. This process allows for a high degree of customization and precision in designs, as well as great resistance to washing and wear.
